"This site acts as an online tour for an exhibit held at the Library of Congress. The tour is divided into six sections; first, most appropriately, detailing photographer Prokudin-Gorskii who provided most of the visuals in this exhibit. The site largely consists of photographs and negatives taken by Prokudin-Gorskii and discusses how his talent brought historical Russian culture to life. Other sections in the exhibit tour (architecture, ethnic diversity, transportation, people at work, and color images) additionally serve to further unfold the brilliance of this photographer."
