. . . . "Podani so vzroki, posledice in metode za preprečitev odklanjanja varilnega obloka med varjenjem, navarjanjem in drugimi dejavnostmi z varilnimi obloki. V prvem delu je podan pregled literature, ki poroča o vplivih več vrst magnetnega polja na varilni oblok, na prehajanje materiala in na sam proces varjenja. Prav tako je v prvem delu podanih nekaj osnovnih fizkalnih zakonitosti v zvezi z magnetnim in elektromegnetnim poljem, ki posredno ali neposredno vplivajo na obnašanje varilnega obloka. V nadaljevanju sta opisana dva glavna konkretna razloga za nastanek pihalnega učinka, kot odklanjanje obloka tudi imenujemo. To sta elektromagnetno polje, ki se pojavi zaradi prevajanja varilnega toka, in permanentno magnetno polje, ki nastane v varjencih zaradi več različnih vzrokov. Prikazana sta dva makroobrusa navarov, varjena s trojno žično elektrodo, kjer je prvi varjen ob prosotnosti mehomogenega magnetnega polja, povzročenega z lastnim električnim tokom, ki proizvaja obrobe zajede, drugi pa je varjen brez delovanja magnetnih sil, kar je pogoj za izdelavo kvalitetnega zvara ali navara."@sl . "The article states causes, effects, and methods of preventing welding arc deflection in welding, surfacing and other processes involving welding arcs. The first part of the article gives a short survey of literature reporting on effects of various kinds of magnetic fields on the welding arc, on material transfer and on the welding process itself. Some fundamental theoretical principles of physics concerning magnetic and electromagnetic fields, which affect the welding arc directly or indirectly are described. Then the two main causes for arc blow effect are indicated. These are an electromagnetic field, which generates due to welding current flow, and a permanent magnetic field, which generates in workpieces due to various reasons. Two macrosections of surfacings welded with triple-wire electrode are shown. The first surfacing was welded in an inhomogeneous magnetic field generated by its own electric current causing undercuts, while the other one was welded in the absence of magnetic forces, which is a prerequisite for obtaining a quality weld or surfacing."@sl .
