  • "Vesiculopustular skin lesions are common in the neonatal period. Transitional benign skin lesions such as erythema toxicum neonatorum, neonatal pustular melanosis, miliaria and acne neonatorum do not require systemic treatment. Rarer, non-infectious diseases such as mastocytosis, epidermolytic hyperkeratosis, incontinentia pigmenti, bullous epidermolyses and acropustulosis need only symptomatic treatment. Bacterial, fungal, viral and parasitic skin diseases must be quickly and accurately diagnosed and treated specifically, since some of these, such as staphylococcal and herpetic infections, chicken pox or systemic candidosis, can be life threatening in theneonatal period."@sl
  • "Vezikulopustulozni izpuščaj v neonatalnem obdobju je pogost. Benigne prehodne bolezni, kot so toksični eritem novorojenčka, prehodna neonatalna pustulozna melanoza, milijarija in akne novorojenčka ne potrebujejo sistemskega zdravljenja. Redkejše neinfektivne bolezni (mastocitoza, epidermolitična hiperkeratoza, inkontinenca pigmenta, bulozna epidermoliza in akropustuloza) potrebujejo ustrezno simptomatsko zdravljenje.
