Then NMR representations in all three standard planes are shown which are important for the operative planning. The following chapters demonstrate the intradural, extracerebral, and intracerebral approaches to the well known and less well known target areas. Several space-occupying lesions are shown in cases where the selection of the approach is problematic. In contrast to his earlier publications, Professor Seeger has added extensive figure legends and text to his beautiful drawings."
