Literary papers of an American poet and writer, documenting her career from the late 1950s to 2000. The collection includes correspondence with poets, publishers and scholars; manuscript drafts of Fraser's published and unpublished poetry, prose and essays; administrative and production materials related to the literary journal How(ever); interviews with Fraser; teaching materials; prepublication drafts of works by other authors; and video and audiocassette recordings of Fraser's readings. The 2006 accession contains further correspondence, as well as materials related to the HOW2 Online Journal and archive project, including typescripts, editorial correspondence, works published by Fraser from 2000-2004, teaching and conference materials, interviews, miscellaneous materials, and audio recordings.
