"In the NOM, Miss Paulifficate gives Robert Troll a telephone, asks him to look for the King, and gives him some numbers to call. She can't find the King and is too busy to look for him. Robert shows Henrietta, then X, how to use the phone by dialing Miss Paulifficate's number. Robert pretends he can fly like X, and ends up in the air on Lady Elaine's elevator. Mr. Aber helps him get down, then they sing "Then your heart is full of love" for Lady Elaine. Miss Paulifficate gets her phone back and tells Mr. Aber that the King has something very important to talk about with him and Mayor Maggie.
