Five individual architectural drawings and 165 letters, 1874-1875, some with sketches, many of which are from Russell Sturgis, the rest from contractors and suppliers, all to Dudley Olcott, head of the Mechanics' and Farmers' Bank in Albany, N.Y., relating to the construction of the bank. Thirty letters, 1931-1932, to and from writer and literary agent Lyman Sturgis relate primarily to Lyman's work as a literary agent and editor for the Beacon Syndicate."
