Measures skills and abilities necessary to perform daily living tasks and to participate in social activities. Intended to assess behavior of institutionalized persons with mental retardation and those in community settings who previously had been classified at different adaptive behavior levels according to the AAMD's Classification in Mental Retardation, and to assess adaptive behavior levels in public school populations. Individually administered. Designed for mentally handicapped persons ages 18-80. Testing time, 15-30 min.
