Politics, the new Black power

Looks at Black politicians at all governmental levels in the United States and how they got to be where they are. Its shows that unlike the token Reconstruction Blacks and the occassional maverick Black elected by being from a Black majority area, the new Black politicians are acceptable to both Black and white voters and are making real strides in the exercise of political power.
