White chicks

When a serial kidnapper targets two socialite sisters, the FBI hopes to apprehend him by using the girls as bait. Understandably neither wants any part in this, and two fumbling African-American brothers are transformed into white women to pass themselves off as the sisters. The agents must keep up the charade long enough to lure the kidnapper, but fooling everyone involved will be the job of their lives.
