PubScience is a free service that allows users to search across a large compendium of peer-reviewed journal literature with a focus on physical science and other disciplines of interest to the Department of Energy. Searches return abstracts and citations for relevant articles from more than a dozen scientific journal publishers. These abstracts and citations contain hyperlinks to the publisher's servers, where the users may retrieve full-text articles through a journal subscription, on a pay-per-view basis by special arrangement with a publisher, or through a library or commercial provider.
