The collection contains production material for thirty-one titles published between 1968 and 1982 with some material dating back to 1962. Production materials include holographs, corrected typescripts and carbons, corrected photocopy typescripts, notes and research material, front matter, corrected galley proofs, and a suggested dummy; some of the material is in Russian. The collection also contains some correspondence to and from Mirra Ginsburg, mostly from editors and publishers, and some miscellaneous material related to the Internationale Buchkunst-Ausstellung Leipzig in 1977; some of the miscellaneous material is in German.
