"This grant is for the manor of Worlington in the county of Suffolk and describes the extent of the manor, rents from common pastures, the right of advowson for the manor's church, and the right to hold and judge the local customary court of law. The entire grant is to Francis Nevill, Esquire, and Edward Nevill, Esquire, who are allowed to alienate and assign everything ad opus et usum of James Baldwyne, Gentleman, and Thomas Hearne. The grant is dated at Westminster 2 December, the ninth year of James I's reign as King of England and the forty-fifth year of his reign as King of Scotland (1611)."
