In these interviews Catholic Worker and Trappist priest Jack English (also known as Father Charles) discusses his involvement with the Catholic Worker and his relationships with Dorothy Day and other Workers. He talks about the changes the Worker precipitated in his life including clarification of religious thought. He also mentions his military service during World War II and how he came to the priesthood. Interviewed by Deane Mowrer. Some audio on second tape is lost due to audio interference when recorded.
