A Data gathering and instructional manual for performance measures in public libraries

This instructional manual was designed to examine ways to describe public library services, performance, and facilities in measurable terms. Included within the manual are materials and instructions used for the measurement of (1) library materials availability; (2) profile of library users; (3) use of material, equipment, and facilities; and (4) utilization, availability, and patterns of information.
