"Quince casos de raquiestenosis lumbar mas dos casos de herido por arma de fuego y un caso de artrosis dorsal comprensiva fueron presentados con preservacion de la apofisis espinosas y sus ligamentos. Habian 14 casos encima de 60 anos y 4 casos entre 40-50. Femeninos 12 y masculinos 6. La clinica fue tipica de lumbagias (5) dolor genital (1); claudicacion funcional 6 y postural 6 casos. Todos con clinica progresiva. Para evitar la inestabilidad futura del arco posterior y columna media se preservaron las espinosas. La evolucion inmediata fue excelente en las cirugias de 1 nivel y adecuada con 2 o mas niveles(AU)."@es
