De acordo com a experiencia dos autores, blefaro-hematoma, otorragia e sinal de Battle sao sinais comuns, indicadores desse tipo de fratura e de lesoes intracraniais, mesmo em pacientes com indice de 13 a 15 na escala de coma de Glasgow.
