Plan for a photovoltaic applied research laboratory for developing countries
This report presents a four-year manpower and financial plan for establishing an applied research photovoltaic laboratory in a developing country. Such a lab would provide the educational experience needed to fully implement photovoltaic manufacturing, while at the same time providing a modest production capability.
