Kurt Vonnegut, Judy Blume and Moral Majority activist Ronald S. Godwin participate in a seminar conducted to discuss the issue of censorship in school libraries and the classroom. The resulting confrontation evokes not only sharp differences of opinion, but surprising areas of agreement, spontaneous reflection, second thoughts and a good deal of tension-breaking humor.
