For more than thirty years, The Voice of Firestone brought the world's greatest artists into the homes of music lovers, first through radio broadcasts, and later through their innovative telecasts. Now, through a special arrangement with the New England Conservatory in Boston, Kultur Video is proud to make these rare telecasts available to today's audience on home video. Jose Greco was partnering one of Spain's most legendary dancers, La Argentinita. His single appearance on The Voice of Firestone telecasts took place on January 5, 1959. This program, never before released on home video, or re-shown since it's initial airing, presents the dancer at the peak of his career, surrounded by his magnificent hand-picked troupe of dancers, singers, and instrumentalists.
