"Colonel White is forced to sell some horses to pay his debts and is about to be taken in by a phony Baron who is pretending to buy them when Hoppy arrives. The Baron is planning to rustle the horses on their way to market and cheat the Colonel out of his money. When Hoppy finds out about the scheme, the Baron ambushes him, steals the choice stock, ties Hoppy up in the barn and sets fire to it."--Container.
