Demonstrations of some of the tests used by Dr. McClelland on over 10,000 men and boys over a period of fifteen years in eighteen countries to measure achievement motivation in an individual. This work is in support of his hypothesis that economic growth and decline of nations is dependent on the level of achievement motivation within the society. Demonstrations are based on the work detailed in his book, The achieving society.
