Enforcement of maintenance obligations : a discussion paper

This report contains the final recommendations of the Commission to the Government of Nova Scotia including a draft Maintenance Enforcement Act which the Commission is recommending that the Government consider adopting. These recommendations are based on the Commission's research, consultation process, and the deliberations of the Commissioners. In order to accommodate the concerns of Commissioners who hold differing points of view and also to serve the broader educational purpose of law reform research, this report also incorporates alternate points of view that are held by Commissioners.
