"A young police officer is sent back to high school as a narc to uncover the illicit drug scene. He stays with his nymphomaniac aunt, a role planted in the film for sex symbol Mamie Van Doren. A fast moving tongue-in-cheek teenpic competently directed by Jack Arnold (of Incredible Shrinking Man fame) for the drive-in market, Zugsmith's production is closer to Reefer Madness and I was a Teenage Frankenstein than to Rebel Without a Cause and Blackboard Jungle. There are drag races, hip fifties teen jargon from over-age high school students, Jerry Lee Lewis, wild dancing and melees and a cautious treatment of the drug scene. This is the modified version."@en
