In Part 12 in the early evening of October 2, Mario Savio reads to the demonstrators the agreement forged by university administrators and protest leaders and university officials. Savio puts acceptance of these conditions to a vote, the demonstrators supports it and allow the removal of the police car from Sproul Plaza. Clark Kerr gives a brief statement to reporters."
