Cooperative salmon drift gillnet test fishing in the lower Yukon River, fall 2004

The Lower Yukon River drift gillnet test fish program is designed to assess the run timing and relative abundance of fall chum, Oncorhynchus keta, and coho, O. kisutch, salmon. This project was operated to obtain information in season for fisheries managers to use in assessing relative abundance and run timing of salmon returning to the Yukon River drainage.
