To an audience of 120 students Ms. Holm gave a talk entitled "Experiencing and Experimenting in Three Generations of Dance" at the Theatre Collection in Pusey Library. She discussed the motivations that make dance a powerful art form and answered questions about the early days of modern dance in which she was a major influence. During her visit she also observed a dance piece in process, choreographed by Claire Mallardi, director of the dance program at Harvard and Radcliffe. She taught a class on the "Vibrations" (locating and tapping into the 'inner' pulse to movement which everyone has) to both Beginning and Intermediate dance students. During a class jointly taught by Music Professor Luise Vosgerchian and Claire Mallardi, "Structure and Form Through Music and Movement", she observed choreography which students worked out for a composition by Debussy.
