In Senate of the United States, March 20, 1826. : Mr. Hendricks, from the select Committee on Roads and Canals, to whom were referred a letter from the Secretary of War, on the subject of the navigation of the Ohio and Mississippi rivers, and the memorial of sundry owners, masters, and pilots, of steam boats navigating said rivers, made the following report
