US Supreme Court Justice David Souter vists the New Hampshire State Supreme Court to dedicates a portrait of the late Justice Frank Rowe Kenison. Kenison served as Chief Justice of the Court from 1952-77. Justice Souter worked with Kenison when he was a member of the NH Court. NH Outlook looks at highlights of the event and what the Justice has to say in this rare appearance. Justice Souter's visit comes in the midst of the US Senate hearings on John Roberts, the current nominee for the Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court.
