Saddle the wind (Motion picture)

Psychological western about a retired, world-weary gunman turned rancher, who is charged with the responsibility of bringing up his orphaned, delinquent, much younger brother. While the older man has turned his back on violence under the influence of his own father figure - a patriarchal cattle baron and landowner who has provided him with the land he is farming - he is unable to break his younger brother's fascination with guns and the power they wield. Worshipping the memory of his brother's former reputation as a much-feared gunslinger, the boy seeks to emulate him and obsessively works on his own gunmanship. In a misguided attempt to protect those around and prove his manhood he unleashes an uncontrollable, compulsive killer instinct in himself ... with tragic consequences. The lyrical title song is song by Julie London who also plays a saloon singer the younger brother picks up.
