THE BEACH

Late at night in a seedy hotel, Richard is drawn into a strange conversation with a fellow guest. Alex Garland wird seitdem als einer der herausragendsten Vertreter der jüngeren britischen Autorengeneration gefeiert. Nachdem auch sein zweites Werk 'Manila' von der Presse hymnisch besprochen wurde, erscheint nun im Goldmann Verlag 'Das Koma' illustriert mit Holzschnitten von Nicholas Garland, dem Vater des Autors.
