Kadosh

Set in Mea Shearim, this video explores a hermetic world almost never seen on the screen. Pious Rivka has devoted herself to her husband Meir, but remains childless. Presumed barren, she is rejected by her community, and forced to divorce her husband. Her beloved sister, Malka, is in love with a man who has left the Hasidic community to live a secular life. Raises many questions. Very powerful.
