But remember their names

Eight colonists were killed at the original Battle of Lexington, but a Pittsburgh museum's diorama of the battle has nine bodies. The ninth is the body of a prominent Pittsburgh connoisseur, whose daughter is now a material witness--or worse. Cynthia Jakubek is a working-class gal about to jump from Main Street to Wall Street on the strength of her Harvard law degree when the 2008 recession puts her dream on hold. Now working as a legal intern at a Pittsburgh law firm representing the victim's daughter, Jakubek is drawn into the investigation and follows the trail from a Pittsburgh ghetto church to the very luxury building in midtown Manhattan where she dreams of working. Before Wall Street is again within her grasp, she will remember Robert F. Kennedy's advice: "Forgive your enemies--but remember their names."
