Small town girl

When a rich playboy from New York tries to buy his way out of a speeding ticket in a small town, the local judge sentences him to thirty days in jail. The film features the famous musical sequence, 'Street Dance', in which Bobby Van jumps around town with boundless energy. Songs include 'My Flaming Heart', 'Take Me To Broadway', I've Gotta Hear That Beat, 'Small Towns Are Smile Towns', 'Fine Fine Fine', 'The Fellow I'd Follow', 'Lullaby Of The Lord' and 'My Gaucho'. The film was a musical remake of a 1936 MGM production of the same name.
