Forensic psychiatrist Frank Clevenger is approached by the FBI to help catch an elusive serial killer. Known as The Highway Killer, the murderer has left a trail of twelve bodies with no obvious link. Now he writes an open letter to The New York Times challenging Clevenger to catch him.
