Subjects include Pound's life in confinement at St. Elizabeth's Hospital and efforts to secure his release; Pound's political theories and poetics; answers to specific questions from Wykes-Joyce on the interpretation of poems by Pound and autobiographical details; and news of the activities and publications of the letter-writers. There are also three brief notes from Ezra and Dorothy Pound. The notes and notebooks, both manuscript and typescript, contain many bibliographic and interpretive notes on Pound's works."
