Badlands

It didn't pay to ride the Badlands, but Chance Pagan had no choice. He was an outlaw now, accused of being a cattle thief and dry-gulching the man who had raised him. They could class him with the wild bunch that rode the Badlands, but Chance wasn't about to let them catch him and throw him into a jail that promised him a noose. Instead, Chance headed to the right man to justice. All he had to do was stay alive long enough.
