"This is a horror film based on a Stephen King novella. In Maine, illustrator David Drayton (Thomas Jane) and his nine-year-old son go the local supermarket with their neighbor, attorney Brent Norton. Dave, a store employee is asked to check on the generator and finds that the loading dock door was being pushed by something outside. Norm, the bag-boy volunteers to go out. He is taken by a creature with large squid-like tentacles. Mrs. Carmody, a customer in the store, exclaims that it is the end of times and that God is punishing them."@en
