"The second in an eight-part lecture series, "Managing knowledge and creativity in a digital context", sponsored by the John W. Kluge Center at the Library of Congress. Brewster Kahle, digital librarian, director and co-founder of the Internet Archive, talked about capturing material on the Internet and the challenges of selecting pertinent content. His talk, "Universal access to knowledge," was followed by a panel discussion and a question and answer session with the audience at the venue, including questions submitted by C-SPAN viewers by electronic mail. Before the event began there was a telephone conversation with David Weinberger, the featured speaker from the previous program in the series."
