  • "In new Mexico, a band of renegade Navajo Indians undertake an unsuccessful revolt along the Rio grande Valley. A U.S. Army unit, with Rick Lindquist as its scout, is deployed to forcibly move the Navajo from their home in the Canyon de Chelly to a reservation in the Bosque Redondo. Realizing that the Navajo are merely fighting to protect their freedom, Lindquist warns the Indians of the army's plans. Rather than having his people forcibly moved, Navajo chief Juanito attempts to take his people to a remote desert region unknown to the white man, but the army, aided by Utes, has the Navajo trapped. Kit Carson, the legendary scout and troop commander, and Juanito make an agreement to move the tribe temporarily to the reservation, and then to move them back into the canyon when matters settle down."@en
  • "Rick Linquist is a tough frontiersman and Indian scout. He'll need all his cunning and skills when he confronts a vengence-hungry tribe of Navaho Indians who would be more than glad to fill his hide full of lead."
