Another sky

It is the 1960s and trainloads of holidaymakers spill out into the rain-washed sunshine of Portnew. Michael and Catherine spend their days sprawled on the railway embankment observing the new arrivals, or hanging around their father's busy workshop. It seems their carefree world will never change but violence spreads from the cities right into the heart of their family. Many years later, inspired by his love for a beautiful, enigmatic woman, Michael is forced into a confrontation with his past and the darker shadows that have tainted his adult life.
