Die Ls̲ung von Differentialgleichungen, der Umgang mit Übertragungsfunktionen, die Berechnung von Laplace-, Fourier- und anderen Transformationen, die Durchführung der Faltung und die Abtastung kontinuierlicher Signale werden ausführlich und an vielen Beispielen erklr̃t. Dabei wird keine vertiefte Vorkenntnis der Ingenieurmathematik vorausgesetzt. Die Behandlung von Zufallssignalen orientiert sich an technischen Anwendungen."
