The Runner

American lawyer and former police detective Judge Devlin is in Europe sifting through evidence of Nazi war atrocities. He hopes to find evidence to convict the man responsible for his brother's death. When Judge learns that the man has escaped from an American POW camp, he sets off in a desperate race for vengance.
