The lyrics are simple and repetitive and easy for teachers to learn and express without relying on the guide booklet. The tempo is slow and the tone is low for all songs. The words are available for each selection as well as a stated purpose and a short paragraph on the suggested uses for each song. For instance, the selection 'If You Have This On, Stand, Up, Sit Down, ' directs children to identify body parts combined with language development and following directions."
