Tennessee Banjo Institute (1988) collection : interview with performers, concert recording, program materials and photographs

7 digital audio tape cassettes (TCD-0076 - TCD- 0080) and 9 3/4" video tape cassettes (VCT-0076 - VCT-0079) of interviews with four Tennessee Banjo Institute faculty members and the "Banjo Meltdown" concert held November 11, 1988 at the Tucker Theater, Middle Tennessee State University, Murfreesboro, TN. 216 black and white negatives and contact prints of the Institute's 1988 faculty members and of the concert. Also included is the Institute's handbook and program of the concert. The Institute held November 10-12, 1988 at Cedars of Lebanon State Park, TN included workshops and tutorials by its 43 faculty members. Audio logs prepared by David Basset and Bruce Nemerov.
