In this interview, Catholic Worker Clare Danielsson discusses what drew her to the Catholic Worker, and the difficulties and joys of living on the farm in Tivoli, N.Y., specifically how some Catholic Workers related to her differently because she was allowed to hold an outside job. She also talks about trying to connect with the truly disturbed members, the dichotomy of "Catholic Workerland" and the outside world, and her own summer workshops.
