Ray 'Harley' Davidson (John-Jules) is an inveterate gambler, hustler and illegal fight promoter, always on the lookout for a fast buck. When he meets the enigmatic street fighter Charles Buchinsky (Gordon Alexander), he quickly sees an opportunity to make a bundle while exacting revenge on his nemesis - porn baron and rival promoter, Victor Maitland (Ian Freeman).
