The first section consists of a list of specimen numbers 16520-17679 collected by Albert Spear Hitchcock in Guyana in 1919-1920. Entries have plant name and location. The next section consists of a list of specimen numbers 1-940 collected by Gleason in Guyana in 1921. Entries have plant name, location, and some have brief descriptions of the plant. The next section consists of a list of specimen numbers 1-328 collected by A.A. Abraham on the Berbice-Rupununi Cattle Trail in Guyana in 1919-1920. Entries have plant name only. The next section consists of a list of specimen numbers 941-3600 collected by J.S. de la Cruz in Guyana in 1921-1923. Entries have plant name and many have date and location. This list is continued in Field notes Vol. 95. In the middle of the Cruz section is a section of a list of specimen numbers 1-1020 collected by Walter Elias Broadway in French Guiana in 1921. These entries have the plant name only. A pocket contains an April 19, 1927 letter from William R. Maxon to Gleason regarding identifications of De la Cruz ferns from Guyana, and the identification list; a table of contents for Field notes Vol. 94-95; and a list of numbers not yet entered in number book."
