"Pedigrees of families related to the Heymanns of Kaltenholzhausen, Hessen-Nassau, Germany, which emigrated to Ohio during the mid-19th century. Most lived in the vicinity of Wiesbaden. Family data is from the sixteenth to nineteenth centuries. Two of the children of Johann Wilhelm Heymann (1761-1836) and Katherina Dorothea Hölzer (1776-1823) settled in Huron co., Ohio. Emphasis is on the German ancestry, not on their American descendants."
