Bruce Franklin, ROTC on campus, the Winds of Freedom Foundation, and the inauguration of university president Kenneth S. Pitzer. Includes audio tapes of a press conference on KZSU with Stanford President Richard W. Lyman, May 30, 1972; and of a talk by John Kaplan to the Los Angeles Stanford Club on the Bakke case.
